Why don't you list prices?
Because I don't sell a package off a shelf. As a former head of Learning and Development with a background in curriculum and instructional design, I build each engagement around the person in front of me: where you are, where you're going, and what's actually in the way. That custom design is what sets the investment. Full engagements are a four-figure investment, and focused sessions are less.
Can I bring coaching to my company?
Yes. If you're in HR, L&D, or leading a team and want coaching for the people in your organization, I design company-sponsored coaching with you, built around your leaders and the outcomes your business needs. Start a corporate inquiry.
What happens on the 15-minute call?
You tell me where you are and what you want next. I ask a few direct questions, then tell you what I'd recommend. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.

My title isn't "executive." Is this for me?
Yes. I work with senior managers, directors, VPs, and anyone who leads, because titles don't tell the whole story. Plenty of people carry a manager title and lead far beyond it. Much of this work is about being seen at the level you're already operating at, and the one you're heading toward.
Is everything virtual?
Yes. Sessions happen over video, so you can work with me from anywhere.
