Straight answers. Before you ever book a call.

Everything people ask me about working together, from who I help to how engagements are priced, in one place.

Getting started

4 questions
Who do you work with?

I work with leaders, regardless of title: senior managers, directors, VPs, emerging executives, and experienced professionals whose influence is bigger than what's printed on their business card.

Titles don't tell the whole story. Plenty of people carry a manager title and lead far beyond it. If you're experienced, capable, and ready for what's next, you're in the right place.

What happens on the free 15-minute call?

You tell me where you are and where you want to be. I ask a few direct questions, then tell you honestly what I'd recommend.

If I'm the right person to help, we'll talk about what working together looks like. If I'm not, I'll tell you that too. Either way, you leave with a clearer next step than you came in with. Book your call here.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before we talk?

No. Many of the people I work with come in knowing only that something isn't working. Figuring out what you actually want, and whether it's realistic, is part of the work.

How do I know if I need coaching or just a better resume?

If the problem is how you're perceived, where you're going, or why you keep getting passed over, a new resume won't fix it. It will only describe the same problem more nicely.

If you know exactly where you're headed and your materials just aren't keeping up, focused work on your resume and LinkedIn may be all you need. We'll sort out which one it is on the call.

The work

7 questions
What is the Career Advancement Blueprint?

It's my framework for positioning experienced professionals, and I customize it to wherever you are. It moves through five stages: clarify your value, craft your career story, revamp your resume, optimize your LinkedIn, and tell your story so it lands.

Whether you need all of it or one piece, the work is built on it, so what you say, what you write, and what people find when they look you up all tell the same story. Watch the full walkthrough.

What makes this different from other career coaching?

I spent 20+ years inside corporate, including as a VP leading Learning and Development. I know how companies evaluate talent, develop leaders, and make promotion decisions, because I was in the room for those conversations.

That means you don't get generic advice or a cookie-cutter program. You get someone who understands how your organization is actually thinking about you, and how to change it.

Can you help if I'm changing careers or industries?

Yes. A pivot isn't a new resume. It's a new story that makes your experience make sense somewhere else. We identify what transfers, choose the roles worth targeting, and build a narrative that bridges where you've been and where you're going.

I'm not trying to leave. Can you help me get promoted where I am?

Absolutely. Promotions tend to go to the people leadership already sees in the role. We look at how you're perceived today, who actually makes the decision, and what they need to see from you, then build your case before the conversation happens.

Can you help with a difficult manager, colleague, or company situation?

Yes. We map what's really going on, decide what's yours to fix and what isn't, and prepare exactly what you'll say. Sometimes the right move is to stay and reset the relationship. Sometimes it's to go. Either way, you'll make the decision with a clear head.

Do you help with my resume and LinkedIn profile?

Yes, and they're built on your career story rather than a template. We craft the story first inside the Blueprint, then your resume and LinkedIn are rebuilt around it so they match each other and the level you're targeting.

What if I've lost sight of my own value?

You're not alone, and it's more common among senior professionals than people admit. Years of being overlooked, reorganized, or talked over can make capable people forget what they bring.

Before strategy comes clarity. We rebuild an accurate picture of what you've done and what it's worth. People are usually surprised by how much is there.

Interview preparation

3 questions
What happens in an interview prep session?

I start with your resume and the job description to see how you're positioned for the role. From there, we work through questions tailored to your experience and that specific position, then practice with direct, honest feedback.

The goal is one consistent career story running through every answer, delivered with the confidence of someone who has already said it out loud.

I've been interviewing for years. Do I really need prep?

Senior candidates rarely lose on experience. They lose on narrative. Some of my clients have come in with 25 years in their industry, sure they knew the process, and found out how much was being left on the table.

The higher the level, the less room there is for an answer that's merely good.

How soon before my interview should I reach out?

As soon as it's on the calendar. More time lets us go deeper, but even a short runway is worth using well. If your interview is close, say so when you book.

Investment

3 questions
Why aren't prices listed on the website?

Because I don't sell a package off a shelf. As a former head of Learning and Development with a background in curriculum and instructional design, I build each engagement around the person in front of me: where you are, where you're going, and what's actually in the way.

That custom design is what sets the investment. Full engagements are a four-figure investment, and focused sessions are less.

Can I work with you on just one thing?

Yes. Interview prep, a resume and LinkedIn rebuild, or a single strategy session on a specific problem are all available on their own. If you'd like the complete process, the full engagement covers the entire Blueprint with coaching through the move itself.

How do I know it's worth the investment?

Think about what the next move is worth to you over the next five to ten years, and what a misaligned one would cost. The right move, made well, compounds. The wrong one costs far more than any coaching fee.

That's also why the first call is free. You should know exactly what you'd get before you invest anything.

And you don't have to take my word for it. Hear from the leaders I've worked with.

Coaching for organizations

3 questions
Can I bring coaching to my company?

Yes. If you're in HR, Learning and Development, or leading a team and want coaching for the people in your organization, I design company-sponsored coaching with you, built around your leaders and the outcomes your business needs. Start a corporate inquiry.

Can my employer pay for my coaching?

Often, yes. Many organizations set aside budget for leadership and professional development. Ask your manager or HR what's available. If they'd like to sponsor your coaching, have them start a corporate inquiry and I'll work with them directly.

How is company-sponsored coaching different from private coaching?

Private coaching is built entirely around your own goals. With company-sponsored coaching, the organization is investing too, so we align on goals and expectations with them up front, while keeping the coaching conversations themselves between me and the leader.

Working together

4 questions
Is everything virtual?

Yes. Sessions happen over video, so you can work with me from anywhere.

Is what I share with you confidential?

Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us. For company-sponsored coaching, we agree up front on what, if anything, is shared with your organization, and nothing is shared beyond that.

Where can I see everything you offer?

Every service, how the work fits together, and the full program walkthrough are on one page: Work With Me.
