CAREER CLARITY SNAPSHOT

Here’s your Career Clarity Snapshot. It’s the same 4-part framework I use with my career-changing clients to help them get clear and move with intention instead of guessing.

An infographic titled "Career Clarity Snapshot" outlines a four-step system for career planning. The steps are: 1) Knowing where you are right now, including current strengths and costs. 2) The direction you want to go, such as work that aligns with your strengths and environments where you thrive. 3) Experience that transfers, including mastered skills and past accomplishments. 4) What's missing and how to close the gap, like needed skills, language systems, and next steps. The infographic credits Trainer Terry as a career coach.

How to Use the Career Clarity Snapshot

  1. Look at each of the four sections and write your answers down.

  2. Be honest — this works best when you don’t sugarcoat anything.

  3. Once you finish, pull your answers together and read them as one story.

  4. Notice the patterns: What’s changing? What’s missing? What feels true?

  5. Use this to guide your next career decisions with confidence and focus.
