The 3A Academy is an online learning platform that supports corporate professionals maximize their work performance through AWARENESS that leads to an AWAKENING that’s actualized through targeted and strategic ACTIONS. We help corporate professionals with at least 5 years of corporate work experience, refocus and recalibrate on a few critical, high impact areas to get the careers they want with they pay they deserve. Programs and training at the 3A Academy are designed to be both tactical and motivational. The 3A Academy was founded by Terry Jones, a former corporate professional, executive and independent consultant with 24 years professional experience.
